Provincial Animal Husbandry General Station Party Branch Continues to Carry out Three-level Red Chain Co-construction to Help Animal Husbandry Industry Development

In order to further implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on strengthening party building in the new era, implement the requirements of the central and provincial party committees for full coverage and seamless party work, strengthen the organizational functions of the industrial party, give full play to the leadership of party building, and form a linkage working mechanism. On July 11, the general party branch of the Provincial Animal Husbandry Station was in Qingyun County to carry out the provincial, city, and county three-level red chain co-building activities.
Li Xin pointed out that the core of the three-level red chain co-construction is to take the party building as the command, use the "organization chain" to pull up the "industrial chain", and focus on the goal of "gathering upstream and downstream entities and promoting the development of animal husbandry" to break the provincial, municipal and county animal husbandry industry. The subordinate relationship of party organizations in the chain is to form and establish industrial cluster party committees and functional party branches. It is necessary to use party building work as a link to effectively transform the political advantages of interconnection and joint construction and mutual promotion into efficiency advantages for promoting industrial development, and truly realize "1 1 1>3", so that grassroots party building and business development can be deeply integrated.
Participants went to the Qingyun County City Exhibition Hall to learn about the construction of Qingyun City, and went to Shandong Qingyun Muyuan Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. (Changjianchang District) to carry out research activities on the development of animal husbandry industry.
The participants finally went to the Red Education Base in Yan Wuxiang, Qingyun County, visited the Red Memory Pavilion, conducted a party spirit education, and collectively reviewed the party oath.
At the same time, a training course on healthy pig breeding in Dezhou City was held, and more than 120 farm technical personnel participated in the training. In the next step, the general party branch of the provincial animal husbandry station will make use of the resources of the tripartite platform of provinces, cities and counties to form a number of substantive "industry-university-research" alliances to help Qingyun County's animal husbandry to embark on a road of "specialization, specialization and innovation.
